Penginapan yang selesa bagi mereka di luar johor.. berdekatan , banyak kemudahan seperti tempat makan, DIY ,speedmart, stesen minyak petron dan lain-lain... Menjadi tempat pilihan saya dan keluarga jika berkunjung di hotel ini.. Yang paling penting harga berpatutan ...

The place is clean but service could be better since is a resort and have a few other properties in Malaysia. The place was having a renovation while my family was staying, not much visitors and the variety of breakfast was really poor. The tv was spoilt and towels not available when we check in. The bathrobes are in a mess.

I booked a deluxe king room. Soo comfortable for 2 kids and parents. So clean.. the facilities are complete. There is a buffet. there is a clean swimming pool for children.

Bad aircon. First room only warm air only. Reported to front desk. They sent technician. Comes for 1 mins says top up gas and all done. Have yo go down to front desk for room change. 2nd room ac was better but not by much. Carpet was stained and looks dirty. Toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was cold by 8.30am and bland. This will be first and last stay. To avoid.

Very old hotel. Needs upgrade. Toilet must have shower screen or shower curtain. No basic things like hand soap provided. Carpet is old, moist and just makes the room uncomfortable.

Pengalaman paling buruk. Saja-saja healing hujung minggu. Masa tu order bilik standard dan dapat bilik upgrade sebab yang asal dah penuh. Itu dah bagus. Yang malangnya, tengah-tengah malam masa dah nak tidur. Tiba-tiba housekeeping tekan sekali sahaja loceng then terus terjah masuk sampai ke bilik tidur aku. Tak ada ketuk atau bagi Salam langsung. Then, argue dengan dia cakap bilik yang dah check out tu bukan bilik aku. Salah tingkat. But, still tak nak mengalah dan mintak maaf. Last sekali, aku terpaksa call reception. Conclusionya, pihak amansari, please la ambil pekerja asing yang at least boleh baca nombor bilik. Dan ajar pekerja tu adab atau procedure untuk bersihkan bilik. Agak keterlaluan menganggu privacy penghuni. Itu nasib baik aku Sola travel, kalau yang bawa famili macam mana?

設施：房間不小，還有陽台，但設施老舊，衣櫃打開一股怪味。空調壞的，無法打開。 衞生：金屬件都是銹斑，地毯很髒，床單枕頭很重汗味，懷疑沒有換過。 環境：住客看上去多是印度裔。 服務：一般般。 還在裝修改造，噪音很大，兩部電梯衹有一部能用。總而言之，非常不滿意
